About Me

Hi, I’m Danielle, a wedding photographer based in Cardiff, though my journey with photography started long before I settled here. I was born in South Devon and always had a love for art growing up. I first discovered photography in college, working with a film camera and developing my own photos in the dark room—it was such a hands-on, magical process that really drew me in.

I moved to South Wales to study photography at university and earned my BA(hons) in Photography. After that, I packed my bags and moved to Toronto for two years, where I explored a variety of photography roles and started photographing weddings. That’s where I discovered my passion for capturing those once-in-a-lifetime moments.

When I returned to the UK, I settled in Cardiff and fully embraced wedding photography. There’s just something about meeting new couples, hearing their unique love stories, and being a part of such an important day that makes this work so fulfilling for me.

When I’m not behind the camera, I love exploring with my cockapoo, Maple (usually with a coffee in hand). Whether we’re out on a new adventure or relaxing at home, she’s always by my side.
